The women you named at least did not continue to be reckless or commit heinous acts. She could have killed Kevin and today her actions will cause harm to two of her victims: Trina and Spencer.
Now if they had played this like she snapped--that would be different but she seems to be in full possessions of her mental faculties. I think it would have been fun if she was hearing Ryan's voice or seeing his reflection in a mirror--resulting in a full on conversation.
She's in a rage right now. I want to see how they are going to get her out of this Grand Canyon she has dug herself into.
