It always bugged me, Younger Acting category should be under 16 not 26!

Married actors with kids have received the younger acting Emmy (maybe the age has been lowered a bit, but many years ago it was 26).

GH has some very good young actors -- Violet is exceptional and I have been very impressed with the other young actors on the show.

I don't now about Y&R or B&B, but for most of the soaps I've watched, children are on seldom until they are SORASed for teen storylines. The only pre-teen actor I remember being a major character in a storyline and having a lot of air time was when Kimberly McCullough's Robin showed up on Robert's doorstep.

I see no point to the category.
