I don’t think so but they certainly haven’t laid out any concrete plans. Maybe Nina or Olivia can hire him on the security team at the MC. Speaking of Nina. I still say that was an opportunity missed. They should have made Dex Willow’s twin—which would have made him Nina’s son. Dex would have been a match for Willow—resulting in a bond. This would also place Dex in the middle of a lot of people witch animosity towards his mother:

Carly
Michael
Joss
Willow
and
Sonny

It would have given Dex a family, thus tying him to the canvas as more than Joss’s bf. Opportunity missed.
