NLG is entitled to her opinion. Mine is different. I take issue with two parts of her statement 1. "She made a mistake one night." She made the choice to drive under the influence of alcohol and edibles (marijuana). A mistake is when you drop an egg or leave the milk on the counter.

2. "She's being accountable." She totaled someone's car while driving the wrong way on the freeway. This man was severely injured and his life is changed forever. If she were truly being accountable, she would not be fighting to have his civil case dismissed.
