I don't know if I have ever seen that on a soap opera where the coroner examines the body, and takes pictures. On Law and Order or CSI sure, but never on a daytime show. It was a nice touch of rawness.

I would liken it to the Buffy episode "The Body." They didn't pictures but the coroner checked the body and then spoke to the relative about no suffering etc.
