1. Finn loses custody and leaves town.

2. Finn wins custody and he's so pissed at everyone that he takes Violet and bids adieu to Port Charles

3. Finn dies.

I think it will be 1 or 3 to keep Jophielle Love (Violet) on the show. Welp! At least now we know how they could afford to bring JJ back without exceeding budget. And this also shows why his plunge into the bottle was so swift.
