Maybe Cyrus killed Sam on someone else’s orders, and maybe Cyrus feared that that person might come after Lulu next? I don’t know — I’m just trying to figure out what’s going on here. Because however evil Cyrus may still be, I believe that he genuinely values Laura and wants that relationship, so there’s no way he’d intentionally harm Lulu.
