From the quartermaines. So if he didn't know the ethics laws inside out, they're at least partly to blame. Even though he's been doing this for a decade now, he certainly should know how things work by now. In business, ethics laws comes up on occasion and he should have learned by now.

As for the Quartermaines wealth, has it ever been brought up? I mean regarding they're net worth? I don't ever recall that being brought up. At least with specifics.
