Why wouldn't they have notified Spencer 1.5 years ago when the millions were withdrawn and given to Ava? Why did it take the estate this long to act? It's not like this was a small amount of money that could have been siphoned off. I'm sure Ava got one check or one wire transfer. I'm thinking a check because banks can't reverse wire transfers. The recipient would need to transfer it back. I really hope Ava sues. She has her divorce decree and everything went through the court.
