when he said she could have the kids for Christmas Eve. Did he just pick them up Christmas morning with no discussion?
It is why I have no sympathy for Willow acting morally offended she divorce papers demanding custody with no discussion. As far as I can see, her focus as been on Drew and hasn't even bothered to talk to Michaela about what is best for the children or a divorce -- her sole focus has been on her Drew worship.
We have seen Michael making an effort, and Willow just running away and then focusing on Drew.
This big gap in the writing has not been good for Willow. So her tears will ring hollow when Michael is severely injured and takes over the long-term hospital bed Lulu was in. She gets Michael out of the way, full custody of her kids her kids and Drew with no fuss, no muss. At least until Drew cheats on her.... which if written with consistency, is evitable.
