I would think that the WSB has top notch IT who can zoom/enhance the video. I could also see Jack showing Joss and she’ll loop in Spindork to work his magic.

But what bugs me about this is if there are cameras then why don’t PCPD have this same footage? Are we to believe that Jack just happens to have WSB cameras at the park?! 🙄
