Nope. Unless they tracked his cell phone pings. Anna said the entire cabin had been cleaned. Jack told Carly Jr. that Cyrus' body would never be found because he took care of it. I feel like this is all a plot point so that "our hero" is wrongfully accused and Drew can dispute his alibi.
