His house? Not sure how that's hard to understand.

I'm not even saying g Marco is in cohoots with his father. But I get why Sonny wouldn't want him around and not trust him. I'm assuming Sonny asks Diane over to discuss his waterfront property after talking to Laura and she brings Marco along.
