Only a nurse hears Carly and by the time the doctor arrives it's too late

What happens next?He had wanted Zander dead in the first place. No one but Zander knew that he was the one to order the hit. He would have no problem getting away with his murder.
Carly watched Sonny walk out of Zander's room. She had heard some shouting and thought she should go try to calm Zander down. Carly walked into his room and noticed right away that his heart moniter had flatlined.
''Oh my God! Somebody! Somebody please help me! He's dying! Oh my God he's dying.''
