What happens next?goes to the penthouse door, lays the baby down in a basket with a note and leaves. When Carly opens the door she sees the sweetest little baby girl and the note. It says Sonny is the father and Hannah is going deep undercover and can't keep her. Carly moves the basket over to Penthouse 2 and writes another note. This one says, I have seen you in the park with the little reheaded boy and know you will make a good mother. Please take my daughter and raise her. It is not signed. Carly smiles and goes back in her apartment, waiting for Courtney to come out and find the baby.
