Ned goes ahead and starts shooting whoever he pleases

But since he was a bad shot he only winged Jason, hit Sonny in the behind as he ran for cover and ruffled Faith's hair. Faith was extremely angry though and pulled out her own gun. Being a good shot she left Ned dying of a heart wound. Jason and Sonny quickly leave the scene so they won't get framed for murder and set up their alibi's.

What happens next?
Jason tells Courtney what happened and asks her to watch Penny
