Jason calls... Courtney is in labor

After Jason called, Sonny left Brenda... Sonny couldn't think about her or his son, b/c his sister and Jason needed him.
When Sonny got there, Carly was at the baby nursery... watching two beautiful little babies.
Carly-Sonny what took you so long?
Sonny- I'm sorry but i got delayed, how's Courtney?
Carly- She's good, Jason's with her now... she had a boy and a girl
Jason came out and Sonny and carly hugged him
When the nurse brought in the babies, Courtney's eyes filled with tears..

What happens next?
AJ comes in...
Sonny comes in with matching pink and blue teddy bears for the babies
