Sonny says he has to go, and walks out

Sonny knew he couldn't do this, he loved Carly and she loved him. They had a child together.
Sonny- I'm sorry but i can't do this, we cannot ever be together, i love carly
Brenda- but sonny i love you, and we make a life together
Sonny- i have a life with carly, she loves me and needs me
Brenda let him go, then she sat down and cried until she felt she had no more tears left
