Jason was puzzled about a memory of Robin, so Sam tried to help him piece together the former lovers' history. He began to remember how Ms. Scorpio divulged the secret of Michael's paternity, and balked at the idea of seeking medical treatment from her. Sam insisted that he not let his past with Robin get in the way of his health.

Robin was surprised to receive a call from Tony, who asked her to consult on Jason's condition. She agreed to review Jason's files, and asked about his relationship with Sam. Based on Tony's assessment, she said that it sounded like Sam was the right woman for her ex. Later Robin called Jason, but hung up when Sam answered.

At G.H., Nikolas soothed Courtney who was worried about her abdominal pains. Dr. Meadows reported that the cramping was nothing serious. Afterward, Court headed to the hospital chapel and prayed aloud. Jax showed up and she said that she'd like to make things right between them. They had a civilized conversation, but Court couldn't bring herself to confess her pregnancy.

Nik ran into Sonny at the hospital and berated him over Elizabeth being kidnapped by Manny. Sonny retorted that Nik didn't seem concerned with his wife's rape and made a disparaging comment over his relationship with Courtney. A heated discussion over Sonny's use of the word "banging," as opposed to "making love" ensued and then they tossed around accusations over which man treats the women in his life worse. Sonny sniffed that Nik is worse than "Candy Boy" (His words!) Jax and wouldn't be there for Courtney once her ankles swelled (Awww, snap!) before stalking back home.

After Jax left the chapel, Courtney went back to praying out loud. Nikolas arrived and told her not to blame herself for anything, unless she blamed him, too. She admitted that she hadn't come clean with Jax. Nikolas rationalized that it would be wrong to give Jax false hope. Even if Jax is the father, Courtney's the one he wants, said Nik. (Look her in the ankles when you say that.)

Emily passionately assured the dean that despite what Alan said, her involvement with Sonny and the boys wouldn't interfere with her studies. The dean was swayed by Em's plea. Back, at Sonny's place, Em was pleased to receive a package. It was Elizabeth's bridal veil. Sonny smiled as he watched her try it on. She told him was going to stay on and it wouldn't get in the way of school.

Liz told Lucky that being kidnapped by Manny made her realize how much they had to be thankful for. "You're my everything," Lucky said, as a train whistle blew in the background. Liz reminisced about her first train ride. Foreshadowing now leaving on Track 1
