General Hospital Update for Friday, 9-Mar-2007

Today's show dealt a crushing blow to Alexis, as she lost custody of Molly to Ric. Tracy had the bejesus scared out of her, and Robin and Patrick got to solidify their love in a romantic setting.
Yes, today was the day of the long-awaited and long-feared custody battle between former spouses Alexis and Ric. Each side thought it had a rock-solid case--but as the final results show, Ric was just a little bit more prepared.
He was able to expose what the judge perceived as serious flaws in Alexis' character witnesses; bringing up Jax's claiming Spencer as his son last year and presenting a copy of Sonny's arrest record to the judge. Things also weren't helped when Carly, fresh off the plane from the Dominican Republic, decided to step up and be a character witness for Alexis.
After Ric brought up her arrest for smoking pot, Alexis mounted a strong defense; making a claim for medicinal marijuana--however, the judge said that while it's legal in several states, it's not in New York. So it actually seemed like Alexis lost on a technicality.
On to Tracy. After she and Luke forged Alan's will, Alan paid his first visit as a ghost to her.
It's obvious that Stuart Damon is having a great time playing Alan in the after-life--and Jane Elliot is a hoot as usual playing Tracy!!
When Tracy asked if he'd seen Lila, Alan said that since Tracy's done this to his will and he still has business on Earth, he can't get his entry pass to see her yet.
Robin and Patrick shared a romantic moment in a park close to GH; which looked alot like the park where Scotty brought Dominique right before she died.
Patrick pushed Robin (who's still in a wheelchair, btw) to a romantic bower, where they shared hot chocolate and cuddled. Awwww...
The only other things of significance that happened involved Sam, who finished her interview and is coming back to Port Charles, and Lulu, who sees through Scotty.
Lulu knows that Scotty was the one who killed Rick Webber and now hates him as much as Luke, which is a whole lot.
Spinelli now has proof that Scott was involved, telling Lulu about a parking ticket Scott got across from the murder scene on the night Rick was killed. Dylan's not convinced and says it's all circumstance.
And with that, we'll have to wait till Monday!
