General Hospital is heading towards a stormy time with some, almost, overwhelming psychological hurdles this week. Let's see .. there is Kate/Connie 's struggles, plus Steve's loony mom Heather, and Sonny's trial of the year. Cute John MC Bain is out to get Sonny,and he's not relenting. Of course, he has tenderly comforted two sobbing ladies, Sam and Anna. What's he up to? He tries to help Sam get DNA from A supposedly dead Franco. Sam, of course, told Jason about her conversation with Heather. Yet, she did not tell him that Franco is his fraternal twin. Will she be honest with Jason this time?Jason tells Sam that Kate acted really strange and went off on him. Of course, we fans know that Connie wanted to create havoc between Sonny and Jason.Jason tells Sam: " It's a mind game with Franco,and we are going to quit playing." I think he slammed the door on Sam's confession or whatever.
Kate/ Connie is at her worse with this mental illness. She realizes that Connie,her alter, is trying to ruin her relationship with Sonny. She tells the pyschiatrist Ewen that she has to get well. She says : " I will do anything."The doc tells her to commit herself to a psychiatric hospital for the help she needs. In a controlled environment, she can heal but.. she says NO WAY.She says that she will be stronger than Connie. Oh me! Can she fix this? Nope.
Today is Tracy's birthday and no one has said a word. Luke does arrive to give her a riding crop.At first, it appears to be a joke, but later,he tells her : " I bought you a pony."She is delighted. Old Anthony bought himself some things on her account. All she wants from Anthony is a divorce.Anthony has a visitor.. An angry Starr confronts him about the accident. She asks him what he saw. He tells her that he saw Sonny shoot his tires out.Sonny's trial is tomorrow, and it doesn't look good for him.Will he go down?
Carly goes out for the first time with Johnny. When Michael joins them for dinner, he goes beserk to see them together in an intimate way.He tells her that he is questionable in his dad's trial. How could she be so stupid? HA
Olivia meets Heather, Steve's mom,at his place. When Heather tells her story about taking a sip of tea laced with LSD, Olivia does not drink Heather's tea.HA Olivia is overwhelmed as Heather tells her that she went insane from this LSD. Heather says :" I am better now,and I have come to live with my son Steven Lars."Heather is a demented looking woman.At the close of today's story, Heather goes to see Luke. Me thinks she and Kate/Connie are going to stir up things on GH this week. ( Good acting from both women though.. );-) Tune in to witness Sonny's plea for freedom.
