General Hospital Update for Thursday, 10-May-2012

It's Springtime in Port Charles--and the fights, lies and bombshells keep on coming!
What happened today? Johnny learned that you really can't say it with flowers all the time; Kate and Liz bond at GH; Steve's back from Memphis, but where's Maggie? And more importantly, is Heather behind it? Starr has an attorney, but Todd is not happy to see who it is.
And finally, Spinelli has dug up evidence that shows conclusively that Maxie did NOT kill Lisa Niles, but the identity of the true killer is going to shock a lot of people! (We think).
Starting off at the Metrocourt, we see that Carly is getting a flower delivery for her. (You know, Mother's Day IS close..) Opening the card, she's stunned to see that they're from non other than Johnny.
She's getting ready to throw them in the trash, when Johnny shows up and the big fight starts. Johnny still thinks that because he slept with Kate when she was Connie, it's ok, because Kate didn't know, etc., etc. Carly comes back with because Kate was out of it, it was a good as rape, and Johnny's a rapist!! Wow...
Meanwhile, Kate is chained to her bed at GH, when Liz walks into her room. Kate asks her for info on Ewen's condition, which isn't good.
Liz tells her she knows something about hurting the one you love, like Kate/Connie did to Sonny, and the women bond over Liz's experiences with Lucky and Kate's with Sonny.
The bonding session ends with Kate's PCPD guard arriving to take her to the station to be booked.
Meanwhile, another Falconeri family member is learning about life with Heather. Olivia goes to Steve's place and tells Heather that she's going to stay with her until Steve returns from Memphis, which can't happen too soon for Liv. Heather's not thrilled about it, and still has the lethal tea she gave Maggie, which she thought would put her out of the picture.
Heather tells Olivia that any woman who loves Steve would expect him to come walking thru the door at any minute--and of course, at that second, the door opens and there he is!
Steve tells Olivia and Heather that all charges against him were dropped, because Maggie sent a letter to the Memphis PD confessing! He says to Olivia that that was very odd, because Maggie had nothing to do with the patient.
Later, Steve calls Maggie at her apartment and is shocked to discover that her super found her on the floor and she is being rushed to GH at that moment!! Looks like Heather's got some 'splaining to do...
On to the PCPD, where Starr is thrilled to see a very pregnant Thea Delgado, who has been hired by Blair to be her defense attorney.
Todd is not as pleased, however, since she is his brother's (who he murdered, remember) wife--and the feeling definately is mutual. Starr tells her father that she needs Thea and although she is glad to see him, he needs to butt out.
Finally, over at the Haunted Star, Spinelli is showing Mac and Felicia his enhanced security footage from the party boat showing that Maxie did NOT kill Lisa Niles. The only problem is that the killer could be Matt?? Hope not!!
Will Kate get the treatment she so obviously needs? Will Ewen pull thru? Will Maxie get sprung from Pentonville? Stay tuned!
