causing a flood that damages a floor, bringing on workers to fix (redo) the entire office area, so Carly and Drew miss their deadline. AT WHAT COST TO THE METRO COURT!!!!!!

What a nice way for Nina to pay back Olivia for being gracious to her throughout the Carly and Ned being blamed for what Nina did debacle.

Olivia should make Nina pay for the repairs rather than making the Metro Court absorb the cost.
