I think it would have been way more interesting if she sued him for wrongful termination and punitive damages and WON! At the rate they are going, someone is going to get hurt as things are escalating and Drew is eventually going to let his rage overtake him.
Maybe it just leads to him screaming at her in the MC dining room but something is coming. All of this is not for nothing.
