Prospect Park Networks filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy, as announced last Monday, owing about $1.7 million to ABC for licensing the canceled soaps OLTL and AMC. Prospect Park also owes a ton of money ($205,000) to veteran actress Erika Slezak (ex-Viki).
ABC countersued Prospect Park for breach of contract, demanding $5 million.
